More than 10 days ago I fell over a bakery tray in the store, I ended up falling against the glass doors of the fridges. I told the manager in charge. He promised to contact head office and they would contact me. After no response I both emailed and completed the online communication with the head office. Eventually a customer service lady called me, she apologized and said she would contact the store to find out what was happening. This was Wednesday last week. I have still not heard from them. I have bruises all over my legs. I am appalled at the company's total lack of concern for their customers safety.
I ordered 3 collars spent over R2500 and over a month later and 4 emails later have not received a tracking number or my items. This company is a scam! There is no phone number to contact them either. All I know is that they are apparently in CT. Don't waste your money.
