As a local from Jbay, I am absolutely APPALLED the treatment my family and I received by the "so-called manager" - Willem. Typical of someone in an authoritative position who takes full advantage of his power with absolutely zero skills in how to treat people. This behavior is nothing short of bullying and has left an extremely sour taste in my mouth. I will not be returning back to this golf club anytime soon. It's ironic how this is their website slogan: "We pride ourselves on a friendly environment and hope to make our club.......your home."
Save yourself trouble and rather take your business elsewhere where you'd be respected. 1 year later and 2 months AFTER my trade-in the sales manager calls me wanting to know where I bought my previous car as there is "no registration numbers and documents" - After I have signed ALL of this off with the sales person at the time 1 year earlier! As I proceeded to tell the sales manager this is not my car, nor my problem anymore and obviously their staff lost the documentation & didn't do their job correctly, he condescendingly started yelling at me and threatening me/using scare tactics. All because THEY failed to do their job correctly. This is extremely unprofessional service.
