****!!!
WARNING!! ****!! This business is a ****!! They also delete bad reviews!! Do NOT buy from them! Their products are NOT made in SA. They copy and paste images of Shein and fool people into buying from them!! I am astonished how many people still fall fro them in spite of their bad reviews. I don't know how they managed to do this but they removed my Google review of their business that had over 200 views. So now i am leaving one here in the hope that people will take heed and stay far far far away from this business.

I bought a 7 day bundle where i have 500mb day and 500mb nite data. I have noticed (by doing a detailed billing each time) that even though i am in the nite data time frame you are taking data from my day bundle as well as my nite bundle! In fact, more data was being taken from my day bundle than my nite bundle.. at 5am in the morning!! Even sending an image on whatsapp made you taje 15kb from my day data AND I HAVE A WHATSAPP BUNDLE. So what are you doing taking data for something i alreadt have a bundle for?!! You know, the problem is that you ***** from us in all these sneaky ways where you think we will not notice. It might only be a little bit of money to you but to us who are struggling IT'S A LOT! I want an explanation for why you would be *****ing from me, Cell-****!!

Excellent service
Wow! Speedy service - i ordered shoes TWO days ago and they arrived this morning just after 8am! As in, they are Joburg and I'm Cape Town, so that is rather spectacular. Shoes are BEAUTIFUL! I shall definitely order from you again, Trappers, you gave me a professional and pleasant online experience, so thank you!

Shocking delivery charge
If I could give zero stars I would. Last week I wanted to see how much it will cost to order 4 sandbags online. I went onto my local Builder's and places the order. They emailed me a quote....they wanted to charge me R24100 delivery!! Yes, you read that right. I email them this ludicrous quote and asked what the hell. The response: we charge per kilometre. So I look on the quote where on earth they are shipping from that it is so expensive - a suburb in Joburg. Even though I went onto my local branche's website and ordered from there. But that is besides the point. I worked out they wanted to charge me R17.54 / km. I order from PTA etc often and i pay R100 or so delivery. How do these ppl justify such a high delivery charge? They eventually amended the delivery charge to be R130, but I will not buy from them anymore. Not only is our local branch (Cape Gate, CT) legendary for their horrible customer service and rude staff, they feel it is ok to charge one an arm and a leg just because you order from Joburg and you want it delivered to CT. Disgusting

Great products, great service
Recently took the leap to buy clothing and shoes online. My hubby's used Zando before and he raved about them. Well, I was not disappointed! Such a pleasant experience, from their super easy and user friendly website, to payment, to receiving my carefully packed parcel of happiness two working days after ordering it! Will definitely use them again....we are hooked!
