I took in my vehicle at Audi on Friday (10/01/2020) For repairs as I have a warranty policy and a claim was submitted on Monday (13/01/2020). I was then advised that innovation will be sending a evaluator to assess my vehicle before approving my claim who will be at Audi within 48hours ,it's now Thursday and the evaluator hasn't been to Audi as yet ,when I called innovation today (16/01/2020) and was advised by both the call centre consultant and Team leader (Jan Gumude) that the evaluator will be going to Audi later on today. My vehicle was suppose to be ready by Friday (17/01/2020) according to the service consultant at Audi but because of the delays from innovation I will only get my car some time next week and I now have to cancel all my plans for the weekend, had I known that this is how innovation operates I wouldn't have committed into a relationship with them in the first place.
I was debited R126 by Straton I don't know how they got my bank details.This is fraud people!!!No one knows this company.I reversed the debit and I received an SMS saying that they'll now debit R96.96.. Their number ********** . Please call the bank to stop that ...
