After resolving multiple issues with 1-grid to sort out my Domains, Shawaal Van Wyk picked up on my issues from a billing perspective. She completed the Service Excellence trifecta I had on my previous encounters by bringing the issue to my attention and resolving it. This is the first time in a long time that someone called me for a problem I had without me knowing of it first. A-Z Service from the 1-grid team.
Again, Zolani Matsolo knocks it out the park! Upgraded my domain, and handled a difficult website query. He assisted outside of his work scope as well as in his personal time in order resolve my issue. 6 stars or 11/10.

I had to put this here as I had never experienced this kind of service in my life. In a word, it was a game changer!! I had missed a premium due to life curve*****. I call in to make arrangements, I speak to a gentleman named Andre Potgieter who, not only pro-ratas my remaning month so that I pay a smaller premium, but goes on to give me a lower premium going forward to assist with affordability. I dont know if this is done in other business sectors but KingPrice has their voodoo on point!! I wish I could put 6 stars. Thanks guys, keep doing the voodoo that you do!
