I went to see my business banker Gugu at ABSA Fourways last week to open a liquidity plus account, my problem is still not resolved as there is some issue with a blocked card on the system and is not allowing me to link the account. I have sent 2 emails to ask for assistance with resolving the matter and it seems that the 3 people which are copied in on my mails are all not capable of sorting out my problem! ABSA that's not professional at all!
Dishonest, don't pay their suppliers. Very unprofessional.
I ordered a new fibre line, and last Monday the fibre box was installed, I'm still waiting for the line to be activated, I've been on the phone with Afrihost call centre twice since then after having a long waiting time for my call to be answered, no one has come back to me with a solution. Disappointed and feeling like just a number,
We are appalled at the lack of quality internet service yet again by this so called realiable company.<br> We pay good money to have a fully unshaped, uncapped 4MB wi-max line, and do not feel like we are getting our money's worth or the quality of service initially promised to us.<br> <br> Our connection has yet again been intermittent for the last week. Fault reports have been logged, there is no response from Neotel on the progress of the fix.<br> <br> This has happened twice in the last 6 months. The first time it took a whole two months to rectify. Now it seems like we are dealing with exactly the same issues.<br> <br> Not only that, but our promised connection speeds are not being supplied anymore, and we believe it is due to vodacom's acquisition of the company. When we first signed up for Neotel we were getting the line speeds promised, now we are being throttled and are lucky if we even get half the speed promised by contract. <br> <br> Neotel!!! What have you got to say for yourself? Broken promises, poor customer service and breach of contract! We did no sign up for this!!!
