I am waiting forba pacel from UK for more than two weeks after it is in SA already according tracking. Just no joybtobget custom invoice out of them. Plenty emails and phone calls later, still no joy. Where else can we complain. Their excuse just always say covid and short staff!!!
We had the most terrible takeaway tonight from the branch in Nelspruit. Dripping in oil. Chips was wrinkled and I am sure done in old oil. We did not take the offered coldrinks, because there is no way you could travel in car with those cups. It was a 'special' for which the sent out a sms. So dissapointed. Knew for that price you can't expect much, but surely they could do better. Don't know if we will go there again. Didn'even want to give it to the dogs, just to oily. Made our own food and takeaways in rubbish bin
