Multiple calls. No joy with my request. Different people with different answers each time. They say they will revert back to you but they do not. I asked multiple times for a simple calculations and they simply tell me the system is slow or off, or whatever other lame excuse they can think of.
Sujen from the Bloemfontein Branch works with pure Magic. Somehow she seems to always get better deals than the competition, The whole process is easy and she and her assistant always gives you daily feedback on the process.
Going on 4 weeks waiting for a claim. They will use any excuse not to assist us. They also do not reply to my emails. Already looking to go back to my former insurance that I was happy with , but was lured away by a lower premium.
Me and my wife logged a claim with King Price on the 11th of April . Almost 3 weeks later and King Price is still dragging their feet. They also refuse to payout all the stuff in our garage that was stolen because the door between the house and garage was not locked. They say if there is no sign of forced entry they do not payout your claim. Pathetic. They will use any excuse not to payout their clients. Our "Musketeer" as they label themselves, has the worst turn around time ever, does not stick to her call back times and is overall pretty much useless in sorting out our claim. In the mean time we had to do without some of our belongings, alot of which I use to do my business and so on. As of now Anri Quick our "muskateer" is still stalling our claim process. Our previous insurer paid out our vehicle within a few days, guess you get what you pay for. Hopefully this complaint reaches someone in the King Price Organisation that is willing and capable of assisting us. Claim Number CKP ********** /1
