I was taken in by one of Jehovah 's Witnesses. A Few Years ago my mother passed away and in my depressed state I decided to sell my snakes. I'm being treated at a state clinic for mental disorders. Nuno de Fonseca come to my house and bought R30 000.00 worth of snakes, he did not have the money so a contract was written out by Nuno himself stating that he would pay the snakes off. As he is one of Jehovah's Witnesses who are supposed to be honest law abiding citizens I trusted him because I have had contact with the Witnesses before. Two month's later Nuno declared himself bankrupt and left SA to Brazil. I tried to contact him and could'nt, no one knew where he was. A few years later Nuno returns to SA and goes on with his life as normal. I eventually go hold of him and he told me what had happened. He could not look after the snakes so he gave some to his son and the others he gave to his friend who owns a pet shop. Amazingly he did not think of returning them to me the owner of the snakes. He owes me R26000.00 and has no intention of paying me back. Once again he is leaving SA to Brazil in June. He claims to not have the money to pay me for my snakes but he has money to travel. He preachers honesty but what he has done is take my bread from my mouth and has no intention of correcting the wrong he's done. I do not have an income and was relying on that money to survive. They come to your house and preach " Do what I say not what I do!"
