I am shocked at the way a director treats people from other companies. Trying to assist Mr. Barend has been the worst experience ever. He requests that you change the way you do things without giving a swcond to understand company policy. After trying to assist as best i can: "The part number is not correct – what is wrong with you? Kind regards / Vriendelike groete Barend Du Plessis Director" I deem that inappropriate and out right wrong to say to someone regardless of circumstance.
