i did a laybye on a fridge and wardrobe in L furn & appliance in wonderpark nov 2016, up until november 2017 when I went to finish up paying up, and fetch my furniture of which i had already paid R11 499 for and found that there was a new manager who told me they will not be able to pay mer or give me what vwas initially agreed on my fridge and wadrobe. in 26/02/2018nI wrote a letter to them to refund me , until to date they havent contacted me or even paid me a cent
i bought a router from telkom which was on special, of R99 per month for 20g, 10 day, 10 night through the call centre, when it arrived i tried to conncet it but i failed, i then called the same call centre and told them as to what is happening. i was informed that the package i was give recommends a telkom network in my area, which phalaborwa doesnt have and right there i was informed that the package also includes only 500mb of all network data, i then asked if there is any other option i can switch to with all network data, they said they dont currently offer, this was on the 30/11/2017. i requested for a cancellation of the contract and emailed it same day. Ever since they respondent in january 2018 that they will attend to my quiry and get back to me, i didnt receive any respond, i will call the call centre many times but i was never helped, i even wrote in their facebook inbox , they always promised that the finance people will get back to me, still nobody got back to me until march 2018 a technician came to check the coverage of telkom in my area and house , and forwarede the report to them. in april 2018 i called them again to inquire because they were quite, i was told that on their computer they wrote that they called me and i didnt pick the phone in march 20 something, and left it like that i then left my alternative number and my other email but until today i never receive any call of the outcome of my request and every month i am being debited for this.
I have been trying to cancel a wifi router contract with telkom for 6 months now , when you call them they will always tell you they will call you back( the finance people). Hey sold me a router that needs a telkom network coverage and in my area there s no telkom coverage 10g day and 10 g night but still they had the guts to deliver it to me and knowing very well there s no telkom network coverage. and mind you no body explained to me that the router will only work on a telkom network. I called so many times after submitting my cancellation form in november 2017 they didnt get back to me and even wrote on their facebook inbox, the gave me same old answer that they will get back to me. In 02.2018 they sent me an email with a case no that they recieved my request for a cancellation which I send in november 2017. the y are debiting my account every month for six months now for something of no use to me. In 13.03.23018 eventually they sent a technician to my house to check the network coverage, who discovered that my town phalaborwa doesnt have a network coverage. and end of march 2018 I called the customer centre to check the outcome, the consultant said that the wrote that they called me but they couldnt get me and left it like that, these people have my email adress and they should have called me again or wrote a message. i want my contract to be cancelled and they must pay back every money they deducted from me since I submitted the cancellation form in time and I am unable to use the router since there is no telkom network coverage in my area and even this month they debited me again for something useless to me.
