We purchased a new HISENSE fridge from EVERYTHING GAS in Sebenza, Edenvale 2 days ago. The fridge was delivered within 2 hours. We were instructed to let the fridge stand for 45 minutes so that the gas could settle. We then removed packaging to discover that the fridge was BADLY DAMAGED (it clearly was dropped at some stage). We reported this to MIKE at EVERYTHING GAS first thing the next morning and he said that he would replace the fridge. I got a call later requesting an email address for paperwork. Everything Gas WILL NOT REPLACE THE FRIDGE!!! We have to claim on our warranty from HISENSE. I have never heard of such ****! Surely the person that sells you the fridge (EVERYTHING GAS) is responsible to replace it?!?! I am disgusted with the service, I believe that I am doing EVERYTHING GAS'S job. Still waiting for the fridge to be replaced.
