I was honest with them about a bit of financial difficulties and one of their agents gave me a few options that will help keep me covered and still pay pretty much what I can afford till I'm back on my feet
NB: Some disturbing evidence has been collected regarding the following story. We would like to express our deepest disappointment following the treatment we've received from the above-mentioned entity. We were guests from Cape Town, we only arrived on the 16th of December 2022 - The level of unprofessionalism when we got to the premises was disheartening. After struggling to navigate where the reception is we opted to call out loud for help to which someone that looked like the supposed owner of the place appeared. - This is when we learned that the room we were supposed to have been reserved for has been mistakenly assigned to someone else, and an ad hoc arrangement was made for us to sleep in another room. This made us feel unsafe, it translated to a lack of systematic ways of managing reservations which could lead to many factors that may lead to our belongings being lost or our privacy being compromised. - The room appeared to be nice until we learned that there was no water, and the lady recognized this to be a regular occurrence which basically means it was a known issue and this was never communicated to us prior to our arrival. - As mentioned above we had just arrived, I'd been driving for over 12 hours straight, and after realizing that the only alternative for us to take a bath and relax is by us driving to another guest house that is supposedly owned by the same person, we decided to decline the offer as it was quite a distant expectation something we never braced ourselves for after having driven for such long hours, went out and for food with hopes that the water issue might be resolved. We came back and shared all the above concerns to which the lady showed no sign of taking responsibility but rather told us to continue with the discussion the following morning. We didn't know what the cancellation policy was or any other information regarding how such concerns are resolved and it felt instead like a possible binding obligation to sleep in a place we are certainly not happy about as this may be used against us in their "unknown" policies. We asked to know what the policies are before agreeing to sleep to which the supposed owner replied she's will not be giving us the required information until the morning because she was late for other commitments and left us in the middle of a conversation. More dramatic events followed as the collected evidence in the form of recordings suggests. These recordings and videos are available on request.
Very affordable and excellent service
King Price is by far the best insurer I have ever dealt with. Today I was on a call with one of their helpful advisors Tshepo Molaodi who managed to give me a R200 discount on my premiums thus giving me an opportunity to go on an unbelievable lower access amount of R10500 from R27500. Keep up the good job KP team!
Don't do it, it's a scam, they deliberately ignored all my calls after signing up for their LTE service. It's been a week without Internet. A rude bossy "male like" voice cut me off the call when I insisted on having them escalate the issue as I was without Internet that I paid for.
Pathetic service, they don't keep their house development timelines. No accountability. You get different information from different stakeholders. It's even hard to explain to a new home owner how to go about getting necessary municipal services. House is full of cracks and geyser is not working, always finding a fault. No one cares about the client as long as they get the money.
