They change delivery prices when they feel like it. How the hell does the same item have 2 different delivery prices? First order was R50 second was R270. Is this not *******
I ordered online and received an email 2 days later saying my full order could not be fulfilled. They didn’t even bother listing the product they left out. I tried to call the number provided in the email. I even DMed them on TikTok but radio silence. Very unprofessional, I have never encountered such a strange thing in all my years of ordering online. This will be my first and last time ordering from that store.

We have been sitting without Wi-Fi for over 2 weeks now! Not the first time this has happened. Ever since we got that Wi-Fi installed they have had to send a technician over 7-8 times in the short span of 8 months. My sister uses another ISP and she hasn’t even seen one technician from that ISP because they have provided her with good Wi-Fi for over 4 years!! Useless ISP just like Nedbank. You’ll spend more time dealing with them on the phone and in person than actually enjoying what you’re paying for. *********** and subpar standards
Pick n pay has a habit of tricking customers who don't know FIFO (first in first out) by deliberately putting expired products on the shelves and not throwing them away. I noticed a good amount of eggs were past their use by date and even though I picked eggs that had not expired yet, surprise surprise:-) I get home and cook the eggs and they smelled off once i started eating them. So pick n pay, do you also tamper with your expiry dates? And if i get food poisoning because of your unethical practices then what?
