We have used Stable Marketing a few years back to lay new solid wooden Siberian Larch floors in our entire house. The floors have since retracted and huge gaps (at some places so bad that in summer the tongue and grove dislatched) have formed. The wooden planks have partially been nailed into the old floor and partially glued on concrete slab. Where they have been glued they have lifted of the floor and where they join they are standing up in the air. Stable Marketing has refused to finish their job back then (very unreliable, very bad business conduct, lots of empty promises). They took more than 6 months more to install than quoted and started months later than promised. The piece we finished off ourselves is still perfectly fine.... The end result is a dog's breakfast and replacing it will carry a huge cost. We had the flooring association at our house inspecting the floors. They attested wrong installation (wrong glue used, no separation between old and new floors etc etc) as well as a very high likelihood of the wood not being dried out properly before installation. We have forwarded this report to Stable Marketing with the request to come and remedy their wrongdoing. They did not even find it worth while a response. I want to caution everybody who deals with Franz Panzer to be aware of what they are getting themselves into. Before you use them, look at our floors to know why you should not and read the report that we had issued by the flooring association.
