This company owner has been linked to 2 theft cases in the last 4 months, multiple court cases. To confirm it is the same company, please ask him for his drivers license before he does work for you. If he can't produce it - this is the company that you are taking a big risk using.
Once again Pick n Pay online shopping fails to deliver. The customer care line refuses to assist as the goods were sent from family in New Zealand but the paperwork stipulates that certain goods were delivered when they actually weren't. Not only did the driver just drop them off but he failed to do the checklist. I'm sure this goes against their protocol or has the standards dropped? We have emailed our complaint through reference 918642 to customer care and we are awaiting feedback.
I experienced a problem and was quick to post negative comments but I did not follow the process correctly. I called in and spoke to Anelisa Ngunda and she walked me through the process. This is now the 3rd time I am following up with regards to a payment made to an incorrect FNB account. Capitec has not responded, FNB responded immediately but my Capitec bank has not responded. My Capitec reference 926263 - amount R 600. This was paid incorrectly into FNB account 62034383224 ref NT179484 from Capitec 139615151468. Please assist with getting the payment back into my account immediately. Thank you.
