Innovation Group is a scam, it's the second time that a claim has been rejected. First and foremost, my key works and I've been driving my car with it, but the Alarm and Immobilizer doesn't work. Usually if the vehicle is left unlocked & unattended it locks itself after a couple of seconds or minutes and since the issue I'm having started, it doesn't do that even when I press alarm, it doesn't activate even though the key lights up. I need a copy of the full diagnostics findings that was sent to you by the dealership (Tavcor Volkswagen), your company tells me that my key doesn't work. How have I been driving this car all along without a key if you allege that the key is the problem??? I need to find out on what grounds was my claim rejected! If this issue is not resolved by tomorrow morning, I wish to cancel this policy and want my refund! It's totally a scam and I need to see if in the history of Innovation Group if there are any claims that have ever been settled and what is the percentage between settled claims and rejected claims! And Standard Bank you are at fault for exposing us as your clients to such dishonest companies like this Innovation Group. My first ever claim was rejected but the policy states that the Braking System is a covered component. The brakes and brake disks of a vehicle are part of the Braking System of a vehicle, what braking system do you refer too in the policy??? This email though is not about the Braking System but the Alarm and Immobilizer! That your company has rejected, on what grounds is what I can't wait to hear off. I need that full diagnostics report from the dealership.
This is one business you want to avoid dealing with, firstly they are very dishonest & they don't know how to speak the truth. Make sure you use email to communicate with them, so you can have paper trail. Which I did, thank goodness. I recently invested on a property, but the property had issues that needed to be resolved while the process of purchasing was in motion. I went through hell and back dealing with Pat Haley, long story short. Had my name blacklisted for a R580 that they were trying to extort from me. Never mind the investment of R450 000 on a property and yet be blacklisted for R580, R130 for a letter of demand and R450 (emailed her proof of purchase/invoice) I used to replace a door look that Pat Haley was suppose to replace as stipulated in the Offer to Purchase agreement. Instead she used a very cheap lock, that from the day they installed it. Felt like it could pop out at anytime and never mind how many times I brought this to her attention. Totally ignored my emails or did care to say the least. Right now I'm busy consulting with Estate Agency Affairs Board regarding this matter. This corrupt tendencies cant be viewed as normal. It's time consumers did something about this abuses.
