Generator repair end in stripped equipment

I delivered 2 small generators to the genset doctor for repair, one needed repair/servicing and the other needed two bolts to be drilled out and tapped to larger size. When I started enquiring about these after about 2 weeks I was told the one with broken bolts cannot be repaired and the other need a new carburettor. Finally I had to collect these generators from Newlands, not Randburg where I dropped them off, to find the one needing repair/servicing was now not running at all and it had some bolts missing. The one that needed two bolts replaced had been stripped of many parts. On complaining to Mr Baynes I received an aggressive response accusing me of wanting repairs done in 24 hours at no cost and claiming that I delivered the generators to him in the state they were in now. I have never experienced such ridiculous treatment in my life, totally unprofessional, and stealing many parts from my previously complete generators.
