Nyala is not friendly
These are a bunch of *******. I booked and unfortunately could not go and had already paid the deposit. I enquired about cancel policy only to be told I'll be refunded half. I had no problems with that. However they still refusing to pay me back with excuses of "the money is already in your bank account" Lastly when I spoke to their social media person she gave me an attitude acting like I am asking for something that's not even mine. Worse I would wait days for them to pay to give the money the chance to reflect. Till today no luck

Statement with no letterhead
My mother has been paying her Nedbank credit card after finding out on her own while trying to apply for a loan that she has been taken to the credit bureau. Jay Mothibi Inc became the debt collectors company for this. Yet here is the problem. When she asked for her statement she was given the run around. Finally when they did...the statement had no company letter head, no logo, no name to show who it is addressed to. No postal address to show if they can locate her if they wanted to. Can anyone advise if this is something to not fret about.
