Justine Lever from Purple Turtle was very quick to take my money for an order i placed with her for embroidery. i sent update requests weekly and she just did not respond to my messages. when i finally got a hold of her via phone 3 weeks later she had the excuse that she doesnt always see her fb messages, but this is how she corresponded with me to take the order at first? She had an excuse that the gown had marks and her suppliers doesnt get stock till next year so she will refund me. i sent her my banking details to do the refund and once again she is ignoring my messages. when i phone her she puts the phone down while i am still talking to her . I have been waiting another 10 days further and still no refund. She took my money and does not refund as she promised. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HER! My experience with this supplier has been absolutely terrible the past 8 months trying to sort out my heat press machine that purchased from them in 2016 which was still under warranty last year when i contacted them for assistance. My machine needed repairing because it was faulty, they came out to check out the machine to do repairs and it didnt work so they said they need a new part which was gonna be here in 2 weeks time. Long story short, 2 weeks has turned into 8months later and i still dont have my machine fixed and the manager of Vinyl Africa, MIKE is just not giving me any proper feedback returning my emails when isend them, i have to resend them a few times when he eventually bothers to return them its no use any way. It is ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CLIENT SERVICE, I AM DISGUSTED.
