Absolutely lousy service and incompetent booking platform. Booked two properties that appeared as being available on the platform on the same day. Had money deducted immediately from my account, only to be informed that the properties were already occupied by the owners! Booking.com promised a full refund and a $50 inconvenience gift. , instead received 12 percent less than I was charged . Excuse is that they not responsible for my bank charges or any currency fluctuation- despite them being solely responsible for the mess up! Ridiculous service and recommend NEVER to book with them! I’ve learnt my lesson.
Absolutely shocking service. Claim to be the leading servicer off gym equipment. had no issue with getting me to pay R650 in cash to comeout on a Saturday within few hours of me messaging him. Evaluated the treadmill and told me that motherboard needed to be repaired and would get back to me the next day (ha, ha, ha!). Been more than 4 weeks now and Ashleigh refuses to return calls or e-mails. Replied with a solitary watts app mesage that wanting to source the part from e-bay. speaks volumes on what to expect. Also is not responsive to request to return my motherboard which he removed ==== theft!
