The brand I knew from childhood. There used to be a white Defy Fridge which grew up with us. Strong, resilient. I have been searching for it and I bought a silver fridge in December 2024. I was happy until months later when i realized the bottom freezer drawers are breaking. I was so dissapointed. I am still. Its no longer the same strong brand.

Good day @06: 53 on 7 August 7, 2024 I called Vodacom Customer 082135 from 0764179530 reporting a Network Related problem. Call duration was 12 min 63 secs. I spoke with Samaria @07:10 same day 7 August 2024 I received a sms for 0798450957 of a request received for a replacement sim card which I did not request. @07:11 I spoke with Kagiso ( Team Leader), he advised an agent processed the sim swap. Vodacom must address this below and he has no answers? • 0798450957 is Flagged for no sim swap to be process on any other channels except the STORE. • VODACOM SYSTEMS ALLOWS THE SIM SWAPS TO BE PROCESSED WHILE NUMBER IS FLAGGED? Please assist with the following issue. Miss V Mqopi went to milady's stores on: 29th April 2023, for enquiry regarding here outstanding balance. Upon checking the store assistant informed her that there has been airtime purchases on her account to the value of R500 on the 28 February 2023, of which she was unaware of. To this email I have attached, the requested documents. For assistance in this matter mentioned above. She would like to know which number the airtime was bought from, and how this happened as she doesn't not make any airtime purchases using her account. She cannot be held liable for repayment of airtime that were made of which she was unaware of, she doesn't even know how to purchase airtime using the method that has be used to de***** her account of airtime. I would also appreciate it if you'd temporary lock the account for any purchases until this is resolved.
