DOG CHEW HANDBAG AT RESTAURANT.
Dog chews Leather Handbag Had coffee with 3 friends outside restaurant. My KUDU Leather handbag was next to me on the floor when their dog made himself comfortable next to me, starting to chew my R1700.00 leather handbag. The bag is not repairable. They want me to stitch the chewed sling which the person that they referred me to can not fix. By sending me there they admit guilt. They do not answer my e-mails or any contact I try to make with them.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS
Been to the restaurant with two other friends. My handbag was on next to me on the floor. Being a dog lover I did not chase it away,One of their dogs came to our table (sitting outside) and started chewing the sling of my bag. When we noticed it we called the waiter and he then called his manager. I was told to take it to a place in Durbanville to fix it. They can stich it up, but can not fix it as they have not the same leather. I called them and can they not claim from their insurance as it will open a can of worms, and it a working farm. By admitting guilt they do not want to replace the bag. It is KUDU Leather. Spoke to owners wife Ronel Brink. Send e-mails but no response.BAD CUSTOMER RELATIONS.
