bad customer service and the worst quality on my glasses. I raised this with head office and compared my current spectacles with my old one,only to find scratches on the new one.The old one doesnt have straches.Took in my specticles a week before last to southgate branch,the manager advised me on Mon that my spectacles were back long time ago.He didnt bother communicating and waited for me to complain. Went to the store today to pay 20% towards insurance and collect my spectacles. Guess what, glasses are not replaced, he only placed an order today and m expecting a delivery by next week. When he called on Mon/Tue he advised that my spectacles are ready. What was he doing with my spectacles all along? i have a bad eye sight and also suffer from migraine but its clear that he doesn't care. What upsets me is them brushing off my concerns. Now m doing up and down with my petrol and they just don't care. This is the last time i deal with them. My mom and siblings will also do their spectacles where value for money is taken seriously.Been a loyal customer to specsavers for years but this is the kind of treatment m getting.
The worst company to deal with. I was send an incorrect warranty invoice and when i called to check if they received the funds, Marlon advised that the invoice belongs to someone else. He requested documents from me so i can get a refund and that was on the 25/09/2024.till to this day i have not received my credit. When i send an email,he will ignore it and not respond. The worst customer service consultant i have ever came across. He said the refund will take 30 days,how if the mistake was done by him and Sphamandla from Ok Southgate.They both not taking accountability since its not their money. M expecting a prompt response as this is long over due.S335792
