1000 Mile Challenge Medal

Hello Peter I registered for 1000 Mile Challenge in January 2017 with an amount of R582 for premium member and to be a premium member you receive a Branded T-shirt and Bracelet and completion medal once you have ran 1000 miles with the year. I struggle to get T-shirt and the Bracelet whereby the promise to refund me the full amount of my registration and free membership for the following year I then refuse to accept the refund and demanded the T-shirt and Bracelet which I finally got after full SIX MONTHS, I then completed the challenge before end of the 2017 which I was supposed to receive the completion medal to date I haven't received anything from 1000 mile challenge. To my surprised I was granted another year of membership which is the current year (2018) and now as we speak I have completed the challenge and I don't know whether ill get my current medal if haven't received 2017 medal. I have been sending emails day in day out checking my post box day in day out. could you please assist me with the above matter
