Placed an order on their website for 3 bar stools on the 22nd May. They send you an invoice and request immediate payment (no credit card payment so cannot be reversed). All their communication seems legit until the delivery just never comes. After multiple failed attempt due to 'poor weather' I tried calling and emailing and all of their numbers are not working or just keep ringing. Have already reported this to my bank and will be opening a case with the police.

Motley Store are thiefs and liars. I ordered a couch in March and I received multiple false promises and excuses as to why it had been 3 MONTHS LATER and I still had not received the couch. I tried calling their landline which was apparently 'offline' and when I tried to visit their showroom, the address was a non-existent area is a residential complex **RED FLAGS** I tried contacting the sales agents on Facebook, Gumtree, Whatsapp and email and they merely stopped responding to me. I commented on one of their Facebook posts and they promptly deleted the post and made their page private so that no one else could comment. I asked them for a refund and have heard nothing back from them and after reading up I have seen that this exact same experience has happened with a number of innocent buyers. I will be reporting them to the police for theft.
