A very unhappy client
I was not aware Home Connect took over from Dash Fibre. Only once I made a payment in December was it brought to my attention. I have made payments religiously every month and to my surprise, in March my account was suspended. I called and was alerted to the fact that Dash Fibre had not paid Home Connect in December. A lady by the name of Mpho said that my account will be in arrears until Dash Fibre paid however my internet will not be suspended again. Today my internet was suspended AGAIN, when I phoned and queried they said that Dash Fibre refunded me for December and I need to pay that money to them before they can reactivate my internet. I told them that I did not receive any refund, they then sent me a link to request the refund but refuse to reactivate my account until the amount is paid. I find it unprofessional that this link was not sent to me prior to my internet being deactivated, I don't know how long the refund is going to take and until then will my internet only be reactivated. This is Hellishly frustrating as I work from home. I have asked Home-Connect to cancel my account with them. I will be using a different ISP.

DISGUSTING
Decided to take my family out for supper yesterday... we decided to go to the hussar grill in steenberg one of our favourite places My dad ordered a pork belly and I ordered calamari everyone else had steak and ribs. On their menu it does not state that the pork belly is covered in spare rib sauce since my dad is Banting he asked if they can bring him another one without the sauce. The owner of the restaurant Jason Allen came to serve him with the pork belly it was burnt and seemed to be the same pork belly my dad had previously. My dad questioned the owner and he admitted they rinsed the sauce off with water! My dad was furious and before we could take a picture of this horrible meal I wouldn’t even serve to my dog the manager grabbed the plate away. We then decided to all leave our food half eaten pay for everything and just leave to make a statement (see below picture)... I am also at home today due to their calamari giving me food poisoning
