Unprofessional service, excuses with refunding of deposit

a Very unprofessional company. Will never make use of you again. We booked a trip with Mighty charters for 4 adults. We made the deposit payment that was required of us within hours of booking. Due to weather surcumstances, which we completely understood, we could not go out on the ocean. Our date was rescheduled 3 times until the last day we could make the trip. Unfortunately, we had to cancel the trip, which we were told that the monies will be paid back on the same day into our bank account. The following day, we tried phoning them, as no payment was yet made to us. No answer from any of the calls. My brother in law then visited them at the docks the next morning, as they were still not answering. The lady then offered a R400 so long in cash, and said they got busy, which is why no monies were paid back, but the rest would be then transferred. He told them this is not acceptable, and wanted the rest in cash as well, as they were only offering excuses. He told them he'd be back at nine, of which when he arrived, had to phone again as no one was there. Dawid said she went to withdraw cash, and he had to wait another half and hour before she arrived with the cash. Whether is wasn't their intentions to get a few bucks extra, their intentions are questionable, and surely unprofessional.
