It is actually sad that webafrica has failed to even respond to any of thier platforms not even assisted since 2 months back ,this business it's a ****.
I have paid for my router and line to be installed a month ago and vuma has failed me and again I logged into their website to try and get assistance yet everyone has never assisted me I even request for my money back yet did I get any help I really find the vuma being so unprofessional they need clients and grow their business but that fail us I still haven't received anything but I get text and emails to say I have to pay and my line has been activated but I do not have any product the vuma people never came or call or anything I am disappointed and would like to be refunded and get something else where.
My mom she has be retrenched from work since last during covid so since she is no longer working we did send the documents showing that that she is unable to continue paying for her loan that she is owing at nedbank but since than they have been calling her till this day one parson after another Can you kindly help so that they stop calling her cause she has to explain one thing over and over and its been a year now since she is no longer working she has no any source of income to even pay a little that she can
I was here for the scan in December than the doctor told me that they did not have those papers for photo scan i should call and check, which i did but they did not answer because most of time i travel at work i made it back 2 weeks after than when I get there they told me i should pay again hence their the ones who did not have photos and the doctor told me to come back and he did not even say it will expire or anything i am so mad truly im so ****ed off because at first it is not my problem that they did not have those now they trying to make it my problem.
