We booked training for our staff, 3 weeks before the training date we received a call stating that the training had been cancelled due to lack of attendance. A credit note was passed in our favor but now two and a half months later they have still not refunded us and keep coming up with excuses or saying the accounts lady is not available. I also checked with one of the companies who's logo is depicted on their web page, they are not aware of having used them for training before.
