I am so disappointed at Hunter’s because last year November on Facebook I won & they asked for my delivery details and said my details were captured to receive it, but till today nothing they just ignore my dm’s. And when I go through their posts, I realised not only me but others who have won in previous months and years prior to mine have not received their prizes. Hunter’s is starting to look like a company that ****s people on social media.
I would like to thank Hayley Wessels for all the arrangements she made for our Sho’t Left trip to Free State #SeatAtTheTable2022 . Even though she was going on leave, she gave us her contacts and WhatsApp to be in touch just in case we encountered problems. She did an amazing job and her email was available for us to reach out. Thank you for the amazing service, organisations out there need people like you.
Thank you so very much to Kate who works for ScanPlan. I had a problem with the gift card I won from them and sent a message via Facebook messenger on a Saturday and she spoke to their marketing contact and promised by Monday she will follow up and she did. She sent me a message before I asked that my card was reactivated again and that if I experience more problems with it, I should contact her immediately. I am so happy to receive a top class service.
