Sezanea after sales is appalling
I order via a Facebook link and to all intents and purposes it was a US company. On request for return, they asked if I could give to a friend as a present which would be perfect for them as return Costs are expensive! But they would provide me with a $5 voucher !! I also bought 2 sizes with the view of returning 1! Quality is also not as advertised and the Facebook link is no longer functional although the site is, if you go directly via google

Service over and above
I ordered Venetian blinds for my new flat over the internet and they were delivered promptly with the most simple of installation instructions. On installation I realised that I made an error on the measurements and even though it was my mistake, they sent a team to make them smaller at no extra cost. The team was professional and efficient and I would highly recommend this company.
