Business warehouse order which has become an ordeal

On the 15 December 2019 I placed an order to the so called Best Deals Warehouse buying an Xbox One S 1TB Console for an amount of R2999.00. My order number was confirmed as order#19979 and the messages advised that my order was being processed. Ironically if not unfortunately I have been trying to contact this so called company but virtually all my attempted calls are diverted to companies that have a different name and no recipient knows BestDeals warehouse company. Can someone please revert to me regarding this ordeal. Andile
