Service complaint

I've been here with my sick child for an hour now and we are the only people in the clinic.to my suprise we've been told to wait they have not even opened a file for us yet there are plenty nurses just sitting and doing nothing.is this how patients should be treated? The respond I got from 1 of the nurses was u are just gonna chill and relax some1 will come and help u
