Elangeni offers horrible customer service from the receptionist to the GM.They mislead customers and send through incorrect information. Shocked with the service. They have incompetent staff.
<div>I took my 5year old daughter to a dentist Dentist dr A I Moosa in Mount Edgecombe .She checked her and advised that she needs to remove 3 of her teeth.She prescribed meds for her and advised me to go for another appointment to remove her teeth.She advised that i should go to her at 5pm inorder for us to be the last people she sees.The receptionist advised me to go for the appointment at 4pm.While i was exiting the dentist confirmed my appointment with the receptionist.Later on that night i rec an sms for a Y Govender confirming an appointment for 3:30pm ,which is a person i have never heard of.The day of the appointment i called the dentist at 4:30pm to confirm the appointment and the receptionist advised that i missed the appointment.She then handed the dentist the phone who was so rude.She completly forgot my appointment was for 5pm and refused to see my child.She expected me to sit with my 5year old child and wait for an hour to see her.She was shouting over the phone and told me she as other people to see too and i must make another appointment.Whilst i was speaking to her she handed the phone over to the receptionist.She has no way of treating other people and is very rude.</div>
