Unprofessional treatment

My husband had a 20:30pm appointment with doctor Gary Nobin despite us calling in at 11:00am to get an appointment. Upon going to the surgery at 19:45pm we were informed by the receptionist that there were 7 people in the line before him! We still decided to wait with our 1 year old child with us. We informed the receptionist that we will wait in the car till it was our turn and she said it was ok. My husband went into the surgury multiple times to inquire if it was his turn even way after our 20:30pm appointment. People who had come way after us was seen by the doctor before us because according to the doctor we wasnt sitting in the surgury. Despite explaining to him that we couldnt sit inside the surgury with our baby therefore we sat in the car and we informed the receptionist that we were in the car . The doctor rudely told us that we must wait and continued to treat people that just walked in. Even while i tried to explain to the doctor that we were in the car the entire time he rudely said that we werent in the surgury and we must wait for our turn and walked away while i was talking to him. We left the surgury at 22:15pm without even being treated by the doctor!!
