Be careful of this women , she is full of lies and plays on your feelings . she rented my property and ended up only paying the first 2 months , with the knowledge that an eviction can take up to 6 months ,the day that the eviction was served , she said she is moving , i got hold of the new landlord and warned her. she is very clever and has a track record of this. she left me with a water bill of almost R1 0 000 , non payment of rent and a house and yard that was beyond words.

They rented a property of mine , only paid for the first 2 months and stayed on , with the knowledge that eviction can take up to 4 months , the day the letter was served , the decided to move , left me with a water account of almost R10 000 , non payment of rent and a yard and house that was beyond words. Be carefull , i have spoken to people and it seems this is how she opperates , Marinda Rossouw.
