The worst service from Jack's Appliances who took my money after they tried to fix my washing machine.
Paid R809 upfront for my 200g wifi data but was not activated on time last month or this month. Trying to get hold of anybody is impossible. Phones, emails, messages not answered. Into second week and still no data. Already cancelled my contract and will not pay....they can wait until I am good and ready to pay.
I have been trying to upgrade my internet package for the longest time. I've called, no reply. I attempted a live chat on their website, no reply. I emailed, no reply. I cannot wait for my contract to come to end!
