Workplacements Is A Rip Off

I paid this company a total of R4,000.00 to activate my profile on their web site www.http://workplacements.cz/ through their Durban offices. This payment was done over a year and a half ago. Still today I have not had a response from them in terms of editing my profile in order for potential employers to view. I have called several numbers including + ********** 29228 and + ********** 22191 Czech office, ********** 981, ********** 792, ********** and +2 ********** /7 in Durban. No one has gotten back to me over the year. I would like to thus take legal action so I may be refunded my money as I do not desire to work with unprofessional organisations.
