I took my car for service on the 6/11. I told the lady I was dealing with I have maintenance plan Infact my maintainance info. Is written on my service book beside that I have always been claiming from IUA Business solutions from 58km and now was on 105km. I believe that history is clearly visible on their system. I don't know much about cars but at 105km can u only change spark plugs, oil etc just the basics. Please advice. I did Not received a single call from the dealer updating me about my car and the progress. Now at 4pm I receive a call to say driver is coming to fetch you. I got there I'm told Bidvest says you only have service not maintaince. So why wasn't I informed about that progress during the day so I can call myself IUA to find out what's going cause I'm sitting with a document at home stating maintainance plan. I spoke with Ganesh from IUA wanting to know what does this maintenance cover really cause the following base on the Williams Hunt PE dealer report was not done as Jolene mention that u do not cover me. Ganesh looked through their system and I mentioned they contacted: Linton, He confirmed I have maintenance and they never received any report about the items I read to him from the quote she gave me below: Front brake disc- 23mm Rear brake disc- 22mm Front brake pads- 5mm Rear pads- 4mm Glycol coolant- 23degrees Front parklight bulbto be replaced Brake light bulb to be replaced Washer bottle cap missing 1x bolt missing from the door. Ganesh said they cover the brakes,&bulbs. But he forwarded me the claim that was sent to them by Williams Hunt was for filter, oil spark plugs basic which I can change myself and with no need for me take a special leave as I used the car for work. I was advice to call the service manager which I did but was told she's on leave and I asked for the second in charge and was told she was busy because I could not get hold of Jolene. So I sent her an email on the 8th to say can she please send the report to IUA as they told me that They must send us a report for all the faults they found and they will say which one is covered on not up to this day never received not even a BLANK email from Jolene. So I am driving in fear base on the report she gave me. Can someone who really cares see to this matter. Ms NMPati
I am tired of these Debit orders in my FNB account. Now I have Megtape Unpaid in my account because on an unauthorized debit order from BLADEGUARD ********** 7 SA amount R89. I search for the company nothing comes up on the internet about this. So how does FNB allow these Debit orders in our accounts. I need to take this to Ombudsman once. Cause no one cares really.
Fraudulent debit Order of R99 from Fnb account ref:VAR ********** 683 and their contact no. ********** 526 :www.valueaddedrewards.co.za. Based on the SMS they sent me. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE WITH MY FNB ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH I MUST DEAL WITH SUCH STRANGE DEBIT ORDERS THAT I NEVER AUTHORIZE. CAN THIS BE STOP TOE. Literally every month these fraudulent are having fun in my account.
