Worst Customer Service/After Sales Service EVER experienced

THE WORST Cudtomer Service I’ve EVER received! After spending 18k, roof still leaking! Still within the guarantee period... Excuse after excuse, that’s when you actually get a response. I can’t believe they’re still in business with their work ethic... Would not recommend them to anyone. Poor poor poor service. No ownership taken.
