Time to report and open fraud cases
Still no feedback from company regarding refund. Is it time to start opening a case against them? I see they have been scamming a lot of people. Surely we cannot just let it go.

Armour SA not refunding
They were supposed to refund me and I have still not received any response from them. Not even an acknowlegment of banking details received or a timeline as to when the refund can be expected

Please stay away from Virseker OR CHECK CHECK and RECHECK your policy
STAY away and if you still want to stay with them, check and re-check your policy, follow up and writing and check again! Don't get caught when it is too late. We've had 2 policies with Virseker. With the one we insured 2 homes and today after 3 years of bad service we decided to move to another company only to find that the one home was never insured (after we checked numerous times). We had a breaking a few years ago and they paid the claim after no assessor came out. Shortly thereafter we phoned with a query and they told us that an assessor definitely would've come out or they would not have paid out. It doesn't seem like a big deal, but again the one does not know what the other is doing. We insured a new vehicle which we collected from Cape Town. We double checked it was insured, etc. After driving it from Cape Town to East London, we were told that the vehicle was never insured!!! As I said, today we phoned to cancel the policy, which was done by Mari. Firstly they are suddenly offering a discount of R700+ on one insurance...why now? The second one they are offering a R95 discount. We declined. We phoned back to make sure that it is cancelled as from the end of the month and not today.....only to find out the policy was never cancelled! I have NEVER dealt with such an incompetent company before in my life.
