I have been dealing with Cameron Drysdale for 3 seasons and every time I was kept well informed, highly recommend Cameron and his team.
This will most likely not make a difference to their service as I am sure they will not be fazed, but recently lost my number when I was called by vodacom that my account would be switched from contract to prepaid and I agreed, I then enquired about it and was told I owed them monies after I received invoices every month stating I owed them 0.00 on my account, when I called there collections/accounts department, I was spoken to in a rude manner, they informed me that they sent SMS's, which I did not and insisted that I did. The Company is a serious joke when it comes to after sales service. I still cannot get my number back and have probably lost some business due to that.
I recently visited their spec savers soneike mall branch in Kuilsriver/Brackenfell and have received nothing but AMAZING service from the optometrist to the front line, very professional and welcoming, highly recommend them.

I inquired on a issue I had with a fund that refused to pay and needed more guidance in the matter. Within 24hrs I received feedback from Valencia Letsoalo who advised me that the complaint had been lodged, I then received a email from Tebogo Ramushu requesting information, after sending the information, Tebogo kept me up to date on a regular basis, the service I received was really phenomenal, I was kept up to date the entire time, thank you FSCA Team

I recently had to send my Hisense F22 in for a repair due to the phone not being able to switch on, the phone switched off on a full battery and there were no faults with the battery, the screen was cracked but the phone still functioned well for a few months and no issues with the device, I was quoted R1200+ to have the device repaired, upon receiving my contract, I opted for insurance over a phone call, but they lost the recording and said I do not have insurance, then said I need to investigate from my side, my call was dropped during the call to customer care and no attempt to contact me back was made, although they had my contact details, I feel they just do not care, I will continue paying for the phone that I am unable to use for now because I will hold my side of the agreement although the recorded contract will miraculously appear if I do not hold up my side of the agreement.
I recently had a bad experience with a cellphone product I purchased at Ackermans, I lodged a complaint, I was not happy only having the phone for 1 month and then having to send it away for a month for repairs. Soon after my complaint Ackermans customer care contacted me and resolved my issue quickly. I would like to Ackermans for understanding and assisting me. You have a customer for life.
