unauthorised debit by Q finace from my bank account

I read about their services and one of their services was loan offerings,and i made an inquiry about the loan and and they requested my full details to check if i qualify and days later they called me and said i qualify,then i asked if you say i qualify,for how much do i qualify then they said not for a loan but for a debt review,i said no i didnt apply for a debt review, then i tried calling them back using the number provided online and the whats up number they sent a meassage with,it went straight to voice mail. the sad part is now end of april i saw a debit of R3000 going off my account and when i followed up they say i registered with them for debt review,i asked them for my refund because i have not authorised them and agreed on anything with Qfinance.they are still making false promises on their whats up line but never respond to the messages i send them.
