Bade service times..placed a order at 17.05 it's almost 20.30 and still not order delivery. Times keep changing but no communication as to why. I understand it's festive season but this sucks. Pick n pay ASAP at least kept to their promise. I had to place another order with pick n pay because the items I ordered was a need ...wow I am totally disappointed... advertised as 60 min but it's almost 240 min later with no ETA
on the Monday 6th October 2025 i had money in my account after i did an expense report on my account. 3 hours later there is over R5000 missing from it - i withdrew a statement from my Banking App and there are no transaction histories for the missing entry. i called the ***** department 07/10/2025 at 2:12am and all i was told is that they are experiencing issues hwereby people's funds are missing from there respective accounts due to a technical issue. we are suppose to feel safe knowing our funds are taken care of but in this case i cannot. i will have to wait for the maintenance to be completed before i can be assisted which happens everyday by the way but yet i need my money now. i have logged this complaint with the banking OMBUDSMAN of south africa and also sent it through to my Attorneys who will will investigate this matter as i have all the proof to Sue Nedbank and win this case successfully. i need feedback ASAP as to when i get my money back because to lose over R5000 is no joke as i have 4 kids to maintain and this is daylight *******. i guess this is how NEDBANK makes there money by *****ing from peoples account. i will not be surprised if someone at Nedbank is pocketing from Customers. but mark my words i will get to the bottonm of this. my contact details are 074 462 9801 / 060 558 3895.
i would like to lay a complaint against the support team at Sunbet my name is Lance and i did a withdrawal of R200 last week Saturday 0/08/2025 and day in and day out i was advised that funds were paid via nedbank imali and that it was paid to the wrong account. i was told funds were reversed back into my Sunbet account the Monday and today is Friday and still nothing. everyday i have been calling and in every conversation i have been told different stories by different agents. i feel Sunbet is trying to keep this money from me and i am really frustrated by this. the phone gets put off in my face while i am chatting to Agents and i was even told by a Team Leader Ntando that my money will be paid into my sunbet account by Thursday and up until today nothing. i already laid a complaint the National Gambling board for them to investigate this matter with the names of every Agent who assisted me naming Lindiwe and Sifiso and Ntando. i called in this morning at 08:55am and the agent i spoke to blatantly **** to me that no Team Leader was available to chat to me via the phone but every time i bring up this conversation i get ignored, leading to the possibility of manipulation that this money will not be paid to me. my contact number is 0605583895 and its the same number used on my Sunbet account. i informed the National Gambling Board to contact Sunbet directly within the next 24 - 72 hours and this will be done. i will explore all avenues on social media platforms to make everyone aware of this online platform and to be aware of Sunbet and their withdrawal processes. i literally used more than R200 airtime to contact Sunbet telephonically because the online chats platform is useless. now to my surprise i am complaining about a R200 that is not paid to me but yet i have used more than that in Data bundles and Airtime because i get promises a call back that never gets done.
So I bought this eatsummore biscuits at picknpay Darwin road and found the biscuits looking all wet and mussy like it's was wet or something even brown than what it normally look like I got so disgusted by it I send a email with pics to talk to us at bakers but recieved no responds realy was craving this biscuits as its my favourite but was really disappointed in it after all the years of buying it I've never came across this wow... u guys need to check your products I even tasted it so check but did not even taste like it should what a waste of money .

on the 25th March 2025 i did my application/Subscription online to get my wife and son a phone - funds were taken and my identity was verified - i tried doing the bank verification but then my progress was paused. i was asked to provide my statements online via email with the support agents - i did so but today is almost 24 hours later and on 13 different occasion was i asked the same question by all the agents to provide details online to them after i was told yesterday that the team is verifying my details - every time i send a whats app it take 7 hors for a response with emails 5 hours and when i get a response its like a automated BOT asking the same questions all the time. now imagine you paid for a item and now you get issues - if the item is not going to be approved then just pay me back its that simple but do not send me automated responses and ignore my cry for help. if the item is indeed approved then let me know but i will say the customer experience for a first time client is so horrible. i have never in my life seen such lack of empathy from a business that wants to excel in this field. Good day Can somebody please assist me as there are funds missing from my account. I called the bank yesterday and was told.thatcthe.money is in my account but as I spoke to the consultant telephonically I could.clearly see on my app that the moneycwas not their. Thiamin unacceptable as I trust the bank to keep my money safe but in cases like I am quite concerned that my money I not kept safe. Can somebody please call me with urgency to have this matter resolved and have my money paid back

I was in checkers okovango cape town.....and bought ribs at the butcher...when I got home u found the meat at the bottom to be slimy and green....what a waste of my time and money to drive all the way from Tha checkers.to mitchells.plain to have a family braai and to be so disappointed...I am disgusted by the smell in my house and unfortunately have to bare with it so that I can take.it.back to the store...a waste of.time money and petrol and most of all disappointed on my daughter.b.day....

My wife re arranged the cushions only to find that there is a hole in the corner piece hidden away at the bottom. I paid almost R16 000 for this lounge suite this is the 2nd problem I am having. You will need to have this resolved as I am a current customer and will take this to the ombudsman. Please respond as the sale person who sold me this is just not responding and the store manager as well does not respond to emails. the last time i complained and all my queries got ignored
