Fountain pen lover's home with EXCELLENT service to boot!
Excellent service, speedy replies to any query, helpful assistance and great product selection at competitive prices. What more can I say? For the stationery enthusiast, fountain pen lover and paper snob writegear has the best, curated selection with excellent, speedy delivery (only 3-4 working days from the moment I placed the order).

Shocking service and no choice! Held at ransom.
Absolutely shocking service. Online application lost. 2 week later installation appointment they never pitched. 3 calls on the day didn't achieve anything (assured that technicians were simply held-up). No call received to make a new appointment, despite the assurance of the call centre person. Phoned today, 2 days later and we were told...the WHOLE PROCESS has to start again, including checking the line for issues! You've got to be kidding. Where is another service provider please!
