Firstly the guys there took our drink orders 10 minutes later a waitress came by asking us to repeat the order cz the guy couldn’t remember it . She got my order wrong firstly - my Friend out of kindness said she will buy that . Secondly my friends drink was wrong , a manager or whoever the guy is kinda made an impression that she doesn’t know what she is talking about the Jameson had things in the glass and looked very watery and weak (we know cz we went to another bar and that’s a drink she prefers when out ) . Ai ke Cherry on top Oh My God your waitress had the audacity to ask us (me and 2 the friends) why her tip was small - we give her feedback . With a stinking attitude she says normally her too is 10% . Y’all need to be taught customer service and customer etiquette cz it’s pathetic
D"isappointment"-covery . I have not received my medical aid card since I've signed up . I'm shocked at the response I received from one of the consultants regarding a claim that hasnt been paid for . I've been advised that the claim for my daughter going to "Casualty" at Northmed clinic would need to be paid by me as the claim was submitted late by the hospital /clinic and due to my MSA being finished Im liable for it .... however in future my daughter has cover for "casualty visits" . Im really disappointed in this and I'd like to understand why was this not explained when i signed up , why is it not being paid for now but in future can be paid for .
