I paid a total sum of R2000.00 (two thousand rands only) to Brightwave for the installation and supply of internet services (see Proof of Payment and Customer Order form attached) to me. Brightwave has failed for months to install this equipment and only in Aug 2018 when a Technician Derrick advised me that I did not have coverage in my area and that it was going to take a while for the issue to be resolved.. I requested for a refund of the total amount as the service was never rendered or delivered, but the accounts department doesnt erspond to the request answer calls and respond to the emails. Dont ever try to use their service because their service is appauling its only their technical support that knows what they are doing
