IS THIS GENTLEMAN A FRAUD

I advertised a TV on Gumtree, Mr Garret Mkhuseli Kakaza of Kakaza Transport offered me R2000 and promised to make a payment to my Bank Account. I received a proof of payment from ABSA. Shortly after he called saying his wife made another payment of R1200 in error. In the meantime he sent a driver to collect the TV which I handed to him in good faith. He asked me to refund for the incorrect payment with a payment to his driver. Again in good faith I obliged. Luckily I had a limit of R1000 on my Nedbank Imali. Needless to say both the ABSA payments has not gone through to may bank. In inquiry to him I was told his accounts was blocked by the bank he will send the TV back to me. Next thing a receive a call from a Taxi saying it will cost me R600 to deliver the TV. I declined the offer. I am now minus my TV plus R1000. I have reported to both Nedbank and ABSA but obviously it is my loss. Be warned
