These people just employ any degenerate they can. Idiots who forget the company details are plastered over the entire car with specific vehicle numbers. This ***** was trying to overtake me on a yellow shoulder lane and up my ass the entire time on single-lane suburban roads. The driver of LN 46 JF - GP | LS032 needs a check because he’s ****ing around on the road.
I joined Dotsure with high hopes after a great first year’s experience. When I added my new puppy in September, I paid the pro-rata fee for immediate coverage (since it was the middle of the month), and the first claim was processed without issue. However, only 2 weeks later due to him not feeling better a follow-up claim for my puppy for R3,000 was denied, with the explanation that the first claim had been paid “in error” and that coverage wasn’t valid at that point. Why charge a pro-rata fee and approve one claim, only to later reverse the understanding of coverage? It went from being a smooth and reassuring experience to one of the most frustrating and disappointing. Instead of the peace of mind I was expecting, I’ve been left covering costs I thought were insured. Trust and transparency are critical in pet insurance, and sadly, this experience has made me lose confidence in them.
I went to the bathroom and there was no water (In the middle of a pandemic, can you imagine lol). So I said to my mate "how'd you wash your hands with no water", only for this absolute joke of a restaurant owner to shout at me like I'm his wife's dog. He shouts at me to use the ladies bathroom and then runs away to his staff to mumble stuff under his breath (which failed because I could hear him). How can you as a business owner act like a complete incompetent child? Its embarrassing to say the least. The fact you dont have card facilities in 2021 baffles me.
Are you kidding me? Your petrol "attendants" just stare as a random guy comes up to my partner and tries to take her bank card from her while using the machine on your grounds? Pathetic. You people are all the same, you dont give a **** unless it concerns you personally. Your employees are there doing nothing but looking like grass growing. Typical south africa where people just stand and watch knowing they couldve done something especially on company property
